Product Description
Hydraulic tire press machine(solid tire press machine) is a tire dismounting device used to disassemble rims and tires with retaining rings. Placing the tire on the workbench when you use it, it will press the ram on the rim and press it into the tire.
The tire press can be divided into a manual tire press and an electric tire press according to the mode and size of the exercise. The electric tire press is generally suitable for the disassembly and assembly of heavy automobile tires.
2. Application of solid tire Press

I. Tire handling and positioning
Handling function: the lifting arm, driven by hydraulic or pneumatic system, can easily handle solid tires to and from the working area of the tire press.
Positioning function: after the tire is transported to the working area, the lifting arm can precisely position the tire on the press or dismantle position of the tire press, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the subsequent operation.
2.Auxiliary pressing and dismantling
Auxiliary press-fit: During the tire press-fit process, the lifting arm can adjust its height and angle to provide the necessary support and guidance for the tire, so that the tire can be smoothly and accurately pressed and fitted on the rim. At the same time, the stability of the lifting arm also ensures the stability of the tire during the pressing and mounting process, preventing the tire from being shifted or damaged during the pressing and mounting process.
Assisted removal: Similarly, the lifting arm provides the necessary support and guidance during tire removal, helping the operator to easily remove the tire from the rim.
