Product Description
This series of the single axis roller cutter shredder is suitable for processing light and thin metal solid materials with high hardness, high toughness,strong winding ability,such as aluminum products,injection molding templates,plastic products, machine head materials,rubber head materials, lining films, nylon materials, waste clothing, tires, wood, etc. The machine has stable crushing performance, stable operation, low noise, high torgue, high production, no blockage, and adjustable discharge size, PLC program automatic control system program, easy to operate.
Working Principle
The material enters the shredder through the hopper, and the hydraulic push head is driven by the hydraulic station to push the material towards the knife roller., The knife roller is driven by a power system composed of an electric motor, a belt, a belt pulley, and a reducer. The blade adopts the principle of spiral cutting to shred the material. The moving blade is fixed to the tungsten carbide knife roller seat by bolts, and each blade has 4 cutting surfaces, After wear, it can rotate and continue to be used, The gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade can be adjusted by adjusting bolts, When the equipment is running, the material is shredded through the interaction between the moving and fixed knives, ensuring the uniformity of cutting. The PLc program automatic control system can automatically start and stop, overload automatic reverse control function, reduce the impact load of the spindle, and the shredded material particles are discharged through the sieve, and the size of the sieve aperture determines the size of the discharged particles.
